A solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, distributed systems, and async systems, is necessary.
Experience with low-latency or performance-sensitive systems is essential.
Familiarity with DeFi, trading systems, or derivatives is preferred.
An ownership mindset and comfort working in an early-stage environment are important.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Benefits:
The position offers competitive base salary along with meaningful token/equity upside.
Early team members will receive ownership aligned with the long-term success of the protocol.
The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
Employees can participate in IRL meetups and company offsites, fostering team collaboration and connection.
