Description:

  • Hybrid role within Customer Success, combining pre-sales and technical delivery responsibilities.
  • Focus on the German-speaking market while supporting international opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (C1+).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure: Linux, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Working knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL).
  • Familiarity with directory services and authentication (LDAP, AD, OIDC, SSO).
  • Experience in technical roles serving enterprise or government clients.
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python, JS, or similar).
  • Familiarity with web technologies and client/server architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of €93,000 - £103,000.
