Description:

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Design architectures for AI and web applications, and guide customers in adopting Vercel's platform.

Requirements:

Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role with modern web/cloud platforms.
Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, ideally Next.js.
Understanding of web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals.
Ability to discuss business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers.
Track record of managing complex technical projects and delivering on time.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architectures.
Empathy for developers and passion for great developer experience.
Bonus: Experience with AI powered applications or Agentic workloads.
