• Strong foundation in modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD and cloud-native environments.
• Ability to discuss architectural tradeoffs like Kubernetes and microservices.
• Experience guiding technical strategy with practical insights.
• Clear communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
