Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption.
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value.
• Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience.
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues to maintain momentum.
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding.
• Partner cross-functionally and lead technical deep dives.
• Stay current on crypto/fintech trends; travel occasionally (~1x/month).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical project management.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proven experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling.
• Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology.
• Experience on early-stage or founding teams preferred.
