Description:

  • Serve as the technical authority in pre-sales conversations, translating CoderPad's capabilities to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with discovery calls, custom demos, enterprise trials, and technical evaluations.
  • Create impactful sales content and maintain a reusable answer library for RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Support post-sale onboarding and act as a liaison between Sales and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on software engineering background with the ability to read code and debug integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
