Embrace is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to assist mobile and web developers in enhancing user experiences.
The role involves representing Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include direct communication with customers, product, and engineering teams to collaboratively find solutions.
The Solutions Engineer will drive the technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers, utilizing deep product expertise to create customized implementation approaches.
The position requires quickly identifying technical issues and providing clear instructions to reproduce problems or drive new product specifications.
The role directly impacts product direction by suggesting improvements based on customer interactions.
The Solutions Engineer will ensure an efficient process for surfacing bugs to the Engineering team.
Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success will be improved by developing tools and enhancing documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
Experience with mobile or web development is required, along with a willingness to learn and improve skills; familiarity with iOS, Android, and their development tools is essential.
A working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable discussing code, with the ability to read and write code being a plus (preferred languages include Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS).
A curiosity for how things work and the ability to apply experience to resolve issues is important.
Excellent communication skills are required, along with comfort in writing and speaking to assist others in solving their issues.
Candidates should demonstrate high competency and low ego, with a passion for helping people both inside and outside the company.
Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and quarterly internal team collaboration gatherings is necessary.
A diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Benefits:
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $130,000 to $160,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset assessed during the interview process.
