Description:

  • Join NiCE as a Sr AI-Driven Enterprise Support Engineer, focusing on redefining enterprise customer support with AI.
  • Serve as the primary technical support partner for enterprise customers, leveraging AI tools to enhance customer relationships and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, CCaaS, or contact center technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing complex escalations.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform diagnostics.
  • Preferred experience with NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, or similar platforms, and leveraging AI tools in support environments.
