Lingraphica is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance data-driven decision-making across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
The role involves partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs related to product usage, customer journeys, and business performance.
Responsibilities include analyzing data from various sources such as trials, intakes, sales, therapy engagement, and marketing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities.
The analyst will deliver actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and collaborate with data engineering on ETL pipelines, data modeling, and semantic layer design.
Documentation of metric definitions, data sources, and assumptions is required to promote trust and transparency.
The position also involves supporting product managers with insights from Amplitude, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards, and may include other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles.
Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms is necessary.
An understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated industries is required, with healthcare experience being a plus.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling and transformation tools are essential.
Proficiency in BI tools, preferably Power BI, with familiarity in Tableau or Looker also welcome.
Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams are required.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, such as AWS and/or Azure, is necessary.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights are essential.
Benefits:
The starting salary range for this position is between $91,600 and $107,200 per year, based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
