Description:

Requirements:

Proven experience leading security teams in SaaS product companies with modern tech stacks.
Deep expertise in at least one security discipline (e.g., Application Security, Infrastructure Security).
Strong understanding of AI's impact on security and the ability to guide product and engineering teams.
Excellent change management skills and ability to influence across the organization.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, both internally and externally.
Experience in risk management and incident response, with a focus on detection and remediation.
Ability to develop and deliver a multi-year security vision aligned with company strategy.
