Description:

  • Senior or staff level AI Context & Harness engineer to build the future of AI software development at Hercules.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining Hercules' AI coding agent and online/offline evaluations, and researching ways to enhance agent performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong software fundamentals: system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work effectively in monorepos.
  • Proven product/design sense with a track record of shipping features.
  • Experience in context and harness engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in core stack: TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal.
  • Capability to enhance workflow through AI coding.
