Senior Software Engineer (IC3) focused on AI-Native ITSM, designing and delivering agentic and conversational features for IT workflows.
Responsibilities include authoring instructions, building conversational experiences, integrating AI capabilities, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

5–7 years of production software delivery experience, particularly with AI-native applications.
Direct experience with authoring prompts, LLM integration, and full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
Strong understanding of applied ML, testing, CI/CD, and operational experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
