Description:

  • SpotOn is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead AI-native engineering practices within a new 5-person team focused on transforming software development in a fintech environment.
  • The role involves driving architecture and implementation of AI-assisted systems, including automated PR reviews, test automation, and multi-agent workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building developer tools or platform engineering systems.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents in production environments.
  • Proven experience designing AI-assisted code generation or review systems for large teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent workflows and AI coding tools.
  • Domain expertise in at least two of the following: fintech, mobile testing automation, or multi-agent system architecture.
