Description:

SpotOn is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead AI-native engineering practices within a new 5-person team.
The role focuses on architecting systems for AI-assisted software development, driving three concurrent projects, and setting technical standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering systems.
2+ years of experience with LLMs and AI agents in production environments.
Proven experience designing AI-assisted code generation or review systems for large teams.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and building multi-agent workflows.
Domain expertise in at least two of the following: fintech, mobile testing automation, or multi-agent system architecture.
