Description:

Lead the delivery of high-throughput, large-scale transactional systems and agentic AI applications.
Serve as a technical anchor across engineering squads, mentoring engineers and ensuring code quality and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
4+ years of experience with AWS services and production services.
2+ years of professional Python and Go development experience.
Experience with large-scale transactional systems and agentic AI systems.
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, containerization, and observability tooling.
Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering culture.
