Remote Staff Backend Engineer, Data Streaming

Description:

• Helius is building core infrastructure for Solana, enabling developers to create crypto-powered applications.
• The Staff Engineer will own and evolve streaming infrastructure, define technical direction, and solve complex problems.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong track record in large-scale production systems.
• Deep proficiency in Rust or equivalent systems programming language.
• Experience with streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, Flink, Kinesis) and operating databases in production (Postgres, ClickHouse, RocksDB).
• Strong operational mindset and excellent communication skills.
• High ownership and urgency in fast-moving environments.
