Remote Staff Backend Engineer,

Description:

• Rythm is a fast-growing lab redefining at-home testing with a focus on monthly lab testing.
• The Staff Backend Engineer will build and strengthen the backend systems connecting products, laboratory, logistics, and operations.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and owning backend systems at scale.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security, and production operations.
• Ability to balance long-term architecture with immediate delivery needs.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.
• Hands-on mindset with a desire to remain close to technical work.
• Previous experience in healthcare or consumer health is preferred.
