Description:

  • Serve as a technical lead for the US-East and EMEA region, embedding with enterprise customers from evaluation to production deployment.
  • Shape technical direction, establish deployment patterns, and mentor engineers while addressing complex Kubernetes deployments in enterprise environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience as a senior or lead engineer in enterprise customer engagements.
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster architecture, networking, storage, RBAC, and hands-on experience with MCP servers or AI agent tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills and a startup mentality with strong ownership.
