Description:

Rebuild data and analytics management at Jane to establish a trusted data foundation for self-service analytics, AI, and consistent business metrics.
Focus on building the technical foundation for Product teams to answer their own questions confidently.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Growth to improve product instrumentation and create governed datasets for reporting and experimentation.

Requirements:

6+ years in Product Data Analyst, Analytics Engineering, or similar technical data role in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
Expert-level SQL skills and experience designing scalable analytical data models.
6+ years of experience with dbt projects in production environments.
Experience with behavioral product data and event-driven analytical datasets.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment or RudderStack.
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with various stakeholders.

Competitive salary with a range based on experience: CAD $125,200 – $195,600 or USD $116,800– $182,500.
Equity through the Jane Stock Option Plan (JSOP) with significant growth potential.
