Description:

  • Support the mandate for #BetterGlobalHealth through innovative health data platform and data management solutions.
  • Drive high impact Clinical Intelligence projects, gather product requirements, and mentor associate level Software Developers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software development, ideally in healthcare technology; 4+ years in senior or staff-level roles.
  • Expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, with experience in microservices and distributed systems architecture.
  • Proven experience in developing APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor development teams.
