Description:

  • Lead execution of complex technical initiatives across the full stack, setting engineering standards and pace for the team.
  • Drive architecture decisions, roadmap planning, and engineering best practices while mentoring and coaching engineers.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of software engineering experience as a Full-stack web developer with a frontend bias.
  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js; experience with observability tools and building REST APIs.
  • 1-2+ years in a tech lead capacity; strong ownership, communication, and collaborative skills.
