Description:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery and drive technical direction for a real-time, high-scale product.
  • Architect, build, and evolve systems for live calling workflows, mentoring engineers and ensuring simplicity, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated Staff-level scope.
  • Expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React), and strong SQL fundamentals.
  • Depth in distributed systems or real-time application patterns and performance optimization.
  • Strong product mindset and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $200,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience.
