Description:

  • Seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the Trust & Safety Engineering team at Rula, a remote-first company focused on mental health.
  • Responsible for product architecture and operational solutions to enforce Trust & Safety policies, mitigate threats, and build scalable systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 1+ years working on Trust & Safety systems and forming new teams.
  • Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications and microservice development.
  • Experience mentoring, driving development lifecycle phases, and working on complex projects.
