Description:

• Copia is developing a modern engineering platform for industrial automation, focusing on Industrial Code Lifecycle Management (ICLM) and Operational Technology Disaster Recovery (OTDR).
• The role involves being a technical authority for enterprise accounts, managing complex deployments across various industries, and leading the Strategic Solutions Engineering team.

Requirements:

• 8 to 12+ years in industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, or technical consulting with customer-facing responsibility.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical sales for complex enterprise deals.
• Hands-on experience with major PLC platforms and knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders from engineers to executives.
