Description:

The WE LEAD Elements of AI for Business Program offers free online training to understand AI applications in the workplace.
Participants will gain practical insights, productivity tools, and essential human skills to enhance resilience and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Identify as a woman (cis or trans) and be 18 years or older.
Genuine interest in AI and its application in work.
Proficient in Greek and English.
Meet at least one of the following:
- Hold a degree or be studying in STEM/computer science.
- Have 6 months of tech work experience.
- Participate in a relevant tech project.
- Understand basic programming or complete a relevant course.

Access to a supportive community and networking opportunities with graduates and allies.
Certificate of Completion upon finishing the program.
Connections with HR professionals and tech experts.
Training in human skills to enhance professional development and leadership potential.
