Jala University seeks a content developer for its Master in AI Systems Engineering program.

Requirements:

5+ years in production software, with 2+ years in production AI/ML.
Hands-on experience building RAG systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) over real data.
Experience in building retrieval evaluation frameworks to measure hallucination risk.
Proven track record of shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
Proficient in Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, and Docker.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills in professional written English.
