Description:

  • Lead the internal AI agenda at Janea Systems, focusing on project leadership, technical direction, and AI adoption across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with a flexible team of engineers and occasionally support Sales and client engagements to showcase AI capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with proven leadership in projects and teams.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills in machine learning, algorithms, data modeling, and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with engineers, leadership, and clients.
  • Experience in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
