Remote Backend Software Engineer Authentication

Description:

• Develop and maintain authentication systems for customers and internal services.
• Build and operate token issuance, validation, and rotation.
• Maintain HSM-backed key management and signing infrastructure.
• Improve security of auth flows in a regulated financial environment.
• Build SDKs and tooling for integration with auth.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience operating critical infrastructure on cloud providers (GCP or AWS) using Terraform.
• Knowledge of cryptographic authentication systems.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth/OIDC, JWT, SAML).
• Experience with PCI compliant systems.
• Proficiency in Rust.
• Knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience with HSMs is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills for internal communication.
