Remote Backend Software Engineer

Description:

• Discuss and debug architecture strategies to provide solutions for customers.
• Improve team productivity, reliability, and simplicity in technical processes.
• Lead development and maintenance of automated test suites and debugging production issues.
• Mentor engineers to help them advance in their careers.
• Evaluate and deploy essential software tools, processes, and metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience with critical infrastructure and cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, ORM technologies, and Rust ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian payments ecosystem (installments, SPI, SPB, CIP, etc.).
• Proficient in software development using Rust.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English for internal collaboration.
