Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically in building scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java is necessary.
• A solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architectures is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential.
• Candidates should have strong experience in system design, backend services, data processing, and analytics.
• A solid understanding of backend observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and autoscaling, is required.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases is necessary.
• A history of delivering high-impact organizational projects is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup environment is required.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
