Remote Cloud Security Engineer

Description:

• TherapyNotes is seeking a hands-on Cloud Security Engineer to secure cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
• The role involves expertise in cloud security posture management, Kubernetes security, and Zero Trust network access in a healthcare-regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or related role.
• Deep experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS, securing cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Hands-on experience with network security, containerized workloads, Kubernetes, and cloud security posture management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Zero Trust tooling, and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Proven ability in security assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, Security+, or cloud security certification preferred.
