The client is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) expertise and/or Epic Clarity experience to lead the development of AI-powered medical assistants tailored to healthcare systems.
This pivotal role involves managing complex workflows, integrating policy recommendations, and supporting nursing staff operations with advanced data solutions.
Key tasks include building and enhancing medical AI assistants data, developing AI solutions that optimize patient recommendations, medical policy integrations, and supporting health system submissions data.
The role also involves spearheading data extraction and management, focusing on big data and cloud solutions.
Conducting FHIR audits and establishing data mapping to streamline clinical workflows is essential.
Experience with HL7 and JSON is required.

Requirements:

Proficiency in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) is mandatory.
A solid background in Healthcare IT and Clinical Workflow expertise is required.
Previous experience with Epic Clarity is necessary.
Expertise in Data Engineering and Management, particularly in handling large datasets, is essential.
Experience with Health Systems Management and Nursing Operations Support is a nice-to-have skill.
Knowledge of Insurance Companies Integration with medical policy recommendations is preferred.
Familiarity with developing smart apps aimed at improving patient history and data accessibility is advantageous.
