Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3–5 years of experience, or a Master’s/Ph.D. with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in Spark and Databricks.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and AWS environments.
• Solid understanding of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience in data curation, labeling strategies, and automated data-quality validation checks.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical findings to diverse audiences.
• Interest in NLP, LLMs, and compliance technology.
