Description:

  • Join Sift's Data Science team to enhance the machine learning backbone of the fraud platform, analyzing over 1 trillion events annually.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and customer success teams to reduce false positives and identify sophisticated fraud patterns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on modeling experience with production accountability in fraud or security domains.
  • Deep knowledge of fraud patterns, including payment fraud, account takeover, and identity manipulation.
  • Expertise in multiple modeling paradigms (e.g., XGBoost, CNNs, GNNs) and advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Proven ability to partner with AI-assisted automation tools and comfort working in ambiguous, adversarial contexts.
