Description:

  • Join Imagine Pediatrics as a Data Scientist to leverage data insights for improving pediatric healthcare.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop ML/AI models that enhance clinical outcomes for children with special healthcare needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and statistics.
  • Ability to communicate findings to non-technical staff; experience in a start-up or growth environment.
  • Preferred: Healthcare experience, knowledge of LLMs, and skills in AWS, Tableau, dbt, Dagster.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $135,000 - $160,000 plus annual bonus and employee equity purchase program eligibility.
