Description:
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team while actively participating in software delivery.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in C#/.Net and modern UI frameworks (React.js).
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies.
- Strong backend, frontend, and cloud engineering experience.
- Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
