Remote Software Project Lead

Description:

• Lead the software design, architecture, and delivery for a mission-critical program at DEFCON AI.
• Coordinate with program manager, subject-matter experts, and optimization scientists to deliver software that meets customer needs.
• Ensure unclassified development transitions smoothly to a secure government environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software, with at least one end-to-end system ownership.
• Proficiency in front-end and data visualization engineering (e.g., React/TypeScript).
• Experience with unclassified-to-secure delivery processes and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• US Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance required.
