Description:

  • Join PerfectServe as a Forward Deployment Engineer, AI, responsible for deploying AI products to new customers and optimizing offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer go-lives and post-launch monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend skills.
  • 1+ years of production experience with LLM APIs and deploying GenAI systems at scale.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably AWS, and in regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate non-technical requirements into configurations.
