Description:

  • Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered applications for the Brilliant Harvest platform.
  • Mentor teammates and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering or data science experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one modern backend language (TypeScript, C#).
  • Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and document ingestion pipelines in production.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction.
