Remote Founding Solutions Architect

Description:

• Founding Solutions Architect responsible for technical aspects of strategic and enterprise deals at Flex.
• Engage with sales from initial contact through contract, integration, and expansion, ensuring customer needs are met.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering, with 3+ years in enterprise sales.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving CTOs, CISOs, and e-commerce heads.
• Proficient in reading API documentation and creating working POCs independently.
• Preferred background in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or healthtech, especially HSA/FSA.
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Comfortable in early-stage environments, having worked at seed or Series A/B companies.
