Description:

Develop and evolve backend AI solutions using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Design advanced RAG flows and integrations with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure).
Serve as a technical reference for best practices in LangChain/LangGraph within the team.
Translate complex business needs into elegant technical specifications through Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

Requirements:

Strong experience in Python backend, distributed architectures, microservices, and API integrations.
Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).
Familiarity with SDD, writing tests, efficient logging, and post-go-live monitoring.
Understanding of WhatsApp integrations and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
