Description:
- Seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Backend to build a new category of developer tooling.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core backend systems for Cortex.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in building backend applications with modern programming languages.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing platforms.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
