• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM platforms and AI/ML-driven products; collaborative experience with cross-functional teams.
