The role involves bridging business and technical uses of data, creating an easy-to-use platform for Data and Data Tooling for various use cases including Engineering, Reporting, Analytics, and Data Science.
Responsibilities include creating large-scale data systems for storing and analyzing traditional financial data as well as cryptocurrency and market data.
The team emphasizes growth and impact through coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience processing a variety of data sources including SQL, PubSub, API-based, and event-sourced state into warehoused data sets.
Expertise in translating business use cases into data models to support analysis is required.
Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and data services such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, along with data tooling is necessary.
The ability to move quickly and pivot as business needs and conditions change is essential.
Although not mandatory, bonus points will be given for experience with automated metadata management and lineage management.
A passion for being part of the 200 zettabyte global data volume is a plus.
