Remote Principal Database & Analytics Engineer

Description:

• Join Baringa as a Principal Database & Analytics Engineer in the Technology Product team to support business systems modernization.
• Design, build, and support data and application solutions that deliver measurable business value and improve decision-making across the firm.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in SQL Server, including performance optimization, schema design, and operational support.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, complex SQL queries, DAX, Power Query, and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Experience with ETL processes, data governance, and delivering data-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in Agile environments, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
