Description:

Own reporting, CRM operations, GTM systems, and automation for the Growth team.
Ensure data accuracy, build executive dashboards, and optimize the Growth tech stack.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations.
Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Strong understanding of GTM metrics, sales funnels, pipeline, conversion rates, and attribution.
Experience building dashboards using HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Proficient with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, and scripting (Python or JavaScript).
Experience designing automations and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
