Description:

  • Mortgage Cadence is seeking an experienced Security Lead to enhance core security programs and collaborate with engineering, compliance, and product teams.
  • The role involves hands-on technical leadership, guiding a small team, and ensuring security is integrated into development and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive information security experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI-DSS) and ability to communicate security risks to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or regulated technology environment preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred; Security+, SSCP also valued.
