Remote Senior Backend Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to scale infrastructure for a leading open-source LLM engineering platform.
• Role involves processing terabytes of AI tracing data daily for numerous AI teams, including Fortune 50 companies.
• Hybrid position based in EU timezones, with one week per month in Berlin office.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the EU and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar/analytical databases.
• Proven experience in designing and operating high-throughput data pipelines.
• Familiarity with observability and distributed tracing systems for low-latency services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, applying SRE practices.
• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.
