Remote Senior Backend Engineer

• As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will work on core production code, which may include distributed systems work and optimizing machine learning paths.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role is required.
• Expertise in backend development in Python and at least one of the following: Golang, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with Kubernetes, metrics-driven deployment, containerization, and microservices is necessary.
• You should have experience in implementing and using monitoring and tracing solutions.
• Familiarity with key-value stores and SQL databases, along with optimizing their performance, is required.
• Experience with high traffic, low latency distributed systems, including queue-first architecture and sharding, is essential.
• Demonstrated architecture expertise, including gathering requirements, problem-solving, and recommending solutions, is expected.
