Remote Senior BIM Modeller - Structures, Data Center

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeller for Structures in Data Centers.
• Responsible for modeling, producing drawings, and ensuring project BIM models meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit or Bentley OpenBuildings/Microstation with limited supervision.
• Manage project coordination using Navisworks and BIM360, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Revit modeling experience.
• BIM Qualification/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and computational skills (Dynamo/Grasshopper/Python).
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modeling.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
